If you wish to delete your Salonect account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your personal information (name, phone, email) will be permanently removed.
Your booking history and transaction records will be deleted.
Saved preferences, favourite salons, and reward points will be permanently lost.
This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to:
wisdomix@zohomail.inSubject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered phone number and full name
Processing Time
- Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
